Position: Dishwasher/Kitchen Utility.
Status: Full-Time (30 hours per week); Part-Time (20-29 hours per week).
Department: Kitchen.
Reports to: Executive Chef/Sous Chef.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Washes dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Collects and disposes garbage from kitchen stations.
- Assists with setting-up and breaking down banquets and buffets; Monitors buffet areas and replenishes food.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen and loading dock area.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
