Key Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent service by engaging with members/guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assists members at the counter and over the phone with inquiries and booking tee times.
- Operates point of sale system and receives and processes payments.
- Advises members and guests about attire and playing privileges of the various membership classifications.
- Takes messages for members who may be on the course.
- Maintains effective communication with staff and management.
- Operates a handheld radio maintaining communication with staff.
- Raises flags each morning.
- Maintains records for lost/found clubs.
- Maintains the water and coffee service area.
- Maintains familiarity with retail products, and assists Retail when needed.
Requirements:
- 3-6 months of related experience.
- Ability to perform general administrative duties including filing, taking messages, and data entry.
- Ability to use Word, Excel, email, USGA GHIN software, and tee sheet/GPS software.
- Must have an unexpired Driver's License.
- Must be able to drive a golf cart and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
