Position: Pantry Cook
Status: Full-Time (30+ hours per week); Part-Time (20-29 hours per week)
Department: Kitchen
Reports to: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

Prepares fruits, vegetables, cold meats, seafood, dressings, cold sauces, mousses, cold soups, appetizers, salads, cereals, breads and desserts.
Maintains established food quality standards and consistency of menu items.
Sets up workstation, maintains cleanliness of work area, and monitors food temperatures.
Adheres to state sanitation standards.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of related experience.
Must have excellent knife skills.
Must have familiarity of duties in all areas of the kitchen.
Must have knowledge of culinary terminology and understanding of the fundamentals of cooking.
Formal culinary education is preferred.
Must be available to work AM shifts including on weekends and holidays.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
