Position: Snack Shop Attendant
Status: Part-Time (20-29 hours/week)
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Greets members and guests in a courteous and friendly manner; and assists with member and guest inquiries.
Prepares and serves food and beverage items to members and guests.
Mixes and serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
Monitors snack shop inventory and replenishes items as needed.
Processes cash payment for food and beverage items; and reconciles cash at the end of each shift.
Performs snack shop opening and closing procedures.
Maintains cleanliness of snack shop area.
Conducts monthly inventory of snack shop items with F&B Manager.
Adheres to food safety and liquor regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must have knowledge of standard drink recipes and beverage preparation.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
